Reiki level 1 (Usui Shiki Ryoho, 1st degree)
28/29 December 2009 - Frome, Somerset  

Learn the basics of Reiki healing and become attuned to this wonderful energy.  No experience required, but it is helpful to experience at least one Reiki session yourself before the course.  Cost £99.  

NB  Individual Reiki 1 courses for one or two people can be arranged to suit at any time, at an extra cost of £45 per person.

Receive a further attunement, learn distant healing and how to incorporate the powerful energy of ancient Reiki symbols into your practice - and much more. Open to all who have already achieved Reiki level 1, either with me or elsewhere.         

Cost £177 (£155 concessions).

Help Yourself to Reflexology!

A one-day introductory workshop held at intervals throughout the year.  Please call for dates. Or get a group of 4 - 6 people together and choose your own date!

  • Find out how reflexology can help you

  • Learn how to give yourself a treatment to help with stress and common ailments

  • Learn reflexology techniques for both hands and feet

  • Learn how to give your friends and family a relaxing foot massage, using reflexology techniques

No previous experience required. All you need to bring is a towel and a packed lunch. We will work in an informal, relaxed atmosphere with plenty of hands-on practice. 

Groups are kept small to ensure quality tuition, so places are limited and must be booked in advance. Come on your own or book with a friend or partner!  

Cost: £55 if in a group, £75 each for 2 people
 (inc tea/coffee on the day and course manual to take home)
